Turnaround Mechanical Field Planner

Receive each scope item, plan the work accordingly which involves piping work, or mechanical equipment repairs, new installation. Create a folder for each scope item with all details: including all isometric drawings, bill of material(s), pictures required for a complete folder.

·               Using Primavera P6 scheduling tool to create templates that are used to make a plan for each item, including all resources involved of each work item.

Scoped out the material needed and entered those items into a (Turnaround Database) Linked all documentation from a shared drive to each associated scope item. Communicated with operations employees to verify the work processes are accurate with the scope of work, modified as needed.

 

BP Texas City (UU3, Merox, DDU) via: Critical Path Resource, Inc.September 2011-February 2012

Turnaround Mechanical, Field Planner

·               I was hired during the early execution phase of the UU3 turnaround to correct several paperwork issues that were created prior to me being hired during the planning process, included working closely with execution to correct. I successfully completed this task, was involved with the planning process and execution during two more turnarounds Merox, DDU.

Piping, Fixed Equipment Maintenance Planner / Buyer

·               Coordinate with operations, contractors to verify that the work is being completed safely and worked per schedule, any issues that would arise I would address accordingly.

·               Updating the scheduler daily with work completion, items still needing to be completed and got the scope of work for the following day. Also communicated that information to the contractor.
